Express your Originality

Job 32:8 - “ But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. “
Originality is simply the quality of being original. Dance is an art and expression of worship which holds great beauty in choreography and all inspiration comes from God. The dances you create should represent passion, humility, holiness, and originality.
We must learn to listen to the Holy Spirit and do what he wants us to do. The lack of prayer, not reading your word, disobedience and unfaithfulness, will make it very difficult to receive any creativity from God for creating original and anointed dance expressions. Romans 5:19 – “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.”)
It is important to remember to focus on the creator for creativity and not allow your focus to be based upon copying and duplicating another person’s dance steps and movements. This is called plagarism. In regards to selecting music, there is so many great worship songs out there to choose from. Why not be creative and choose a song, which the lord has spoken to your spirit, rather than one which has been used so frequently for its popularity. God desires for us to seek him first rather than look to others for creating choreography. He has given each of us a special gift and as servants of the Lord, we all want to hear the Lord say "Well done, good and faithful servant " (Matthew 25:21).
Let’s be faithful in his word and our actions to the teachings received from our creator, by allowing his power to work within us through inspired creativity and originality in our dance expressions.
